Printer name does not show up

I installed the BullZip printer driver and I do have an icon on my destop that displays the driver information and allows me to change the values. However, the printer name doe not show up in the list of printers and hence I cannot direct printer output to it...what am I doing wrong? What do I need to have the printer driver name show up in the list of printers? Thanks in advance for any help and/or guidance you can provide.

Which operating system are you running?

Are you logged in as administrator?

Win XP, SP3, and yes, logged as administrator. After a reboot, the printer now shows correctly.
