due to the lack of support i decided to play with a few settings and think i have found a fix, in the bullzip program file there is program called settings, this opens a window, go to the merge tab and change the background resolution, i changed it to the highest number and the background looks good...

Hi, i have been using the free bullzip for some time now and i think it is a very good product, one of the main features i use is the background PDF, i use this to attach a PDF of our company letterhead to excel & word forms, however the quality of the background image is not very good in the finish...
