Email a report (non pdf)

Our business system is called Navision. I would like to be able to email reports. Right now I can only print the reports then fax them or scan them in order to email. Scanning is not the best option either to time consuming.

There is a cool product called MailIT for Dynamics NAV. It will email reports via Outlook, Lotus Notes, or SMTP. Go to

You can use this to create the PDF file:
ReportToPDF
and then Outlook automation to send it:
