I'm having a similar problem. Just set up a new PC (Win7 64-bit), installed Bullzip and tried to print a letter as I usually do, but the quality of the background is terrible. The PDF I use for the background merge (my letterheader layout) is a PDF that was create using Bullzip and when opened on it...
