Missing bzCfg.dll in 5.0.0.590
I noticed that installing 5.0.0.590 removes the bzCfg.dll file. Will it no longer included with the latest versions?

Creating tiff (or jpeg or png)
What is the setting I need to create a tiff? I guess since the feature is new to today's version there hasn't been time to update the documentation...

There seems to be some issues with saving. If you don't use the 'browse to find folder' button to select the path and filename to save to, it appends the path to the filename like so: C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\test.pdf becomes C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\C__Document...
