Hi, I have install Bullzip PDF Printer (Free Edition) and all is working fine except for 1 thing : I don't have the Letter and Legal paper size in the list !!!! I'm living in North America and this is the format we uses here. But it's not in the list. I have many choice (A3, A4, ARCHA,B,C,D, Letter ...
