BullZip uses wrong file extensions

I've been using BullZip for over a year. I downloaded, and installed latest version of BulZip and gslite on 12 Aug 2009. Bullzip still does not use proper extensions. When I try to use BullZip to create PDF, it defaults to BMP (*.bmp, *.dib, *.rle). It should default to .pdf. Then when I change to ....

BullZip and Adobe Reader not playing nice

Given a 1 worksheet Excel document with page setup Landscape.

In Windows 2000, with Adobe Reader 8.1.2, the Print Setup indicates that the Orientation is Portrait

Ditto for Vista, with Adobe Reader 8.1.
