Hi folks, Sorry for the double post -- I didn't realize the posts were reviewed before going live. I appreciate all the direct emails -- they were very helpful. Here is what resolved the issue. I am working on my son's computer. He had inadvertently set the file association for pdf to Microsoft Word...

File Conversion - Error When Generating PDF
Hi folks,
I am getting an encoding error when trying to generate a PDF file of anything. The dialog asks me to choose an encoding (windows, ms-dos, etc). I have tried them all and nothing works. I get a file filled with junk. Any ideas where to start?
