Error 7: Out of memory
Does anyone else have this problem? It's unrecoverable and I'm trying to use this in a 24x7 server - I don't even mind the error so much as the dialog and the hang. I'm using 3.0.313 - there is tons of free memory (over 1GB) but I get this occasionally printing large Word or PPT docs, but not really...

Problem with the compiled help API doc
This file (PDF Printer API) shows the basic menu tree when pulled up in MS Help but all the topics show an error, and its only 16k, like the content itself is missing? I've tried downloading and unzipping it twice.
Any thoughts? Is there another source for the API doc, perhaps an HTML page?
