I had the same issue for days. After a few hours I realized that the file ntprint.inf was missing from C:\Windows\inf. So i copied it from another machine running the same OS and it worked! I did ran "sfc /scannow" before that and it did not copy the file. This a know problem: http://h20000.www2.hp....
