In the current version of Chrome I can fix that problem by clicking "Print using system dialog..." in the printer dialog.

It is because the sheets are set with different resolution. Each time the resolution changes a new print job is started and will result in a new pdf file.

You can use either the COM API or the .NET Assemblies it that is possible from Delphi.

Your print jobs are overwriting the settings from a previous print job in your loop. This happens if you save the settings for the next print job before the current job has picked up the runonce.ini setting file.
