html and msg files erroring

I am simply trying to use the example code provided by biopdf to print various file types into PDF files. When doing so for html and msg document types I receive the following error:
{"No application is associated with the specified file for this operation"}
Both these file types print fine when using the interface but not through code. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
