Problem with the compiled help API doc

This file (PDF Printer API) shows the basic menu tree when pulled up in MS Help but all the topics show an error, and its only 16k, like the content itself is missing? I've tried downloading and unzipping it twice.

Any thoughts? Is there another source for the API doc, perhaps an HTML page?

Same Here... It'd probably make the API a little easier to use if this were visible...
