Is it legal if I distribute Bullzip PDF Printer with my software which won't be free though. I am a personal developer and am developing a PDF related software. Basically, I use the COM interface provided by Bullzip and nothing else. I won't directly install Bullzip PDF Printer. Instead, I will tell user that certain features of my software depend on Bullzip and ask their choice of installing Bullzip or not

I would encourage you to use the commercial alternative at www.biopdf.com. There is a redistribution license available. Ohterwise, you can include a link to the bullzip web site on your media.
