Hi, I was running BullZip v7.1.0.1218 on Server 2008 R2 which also had Citrix XenApp 6 installed, I then installed SP1 for the OS, ran into some issues with XenApp so had to uninstall SP1.
Since then when users log onto a citrix session they no longer see the BullZip Printer? I upgraded the BullZip software to v7.2.0.1319, the upgrade ran fine and I can see the BullZip printer listed logged on as administrator but when I put the server image back into user mode and people log in they no longer see the printer?
Can you offer any advice?
