Hello,

After installing the current version 12.2.0.2893 on Windows 10

Clicking the "Bullzip PDF Printer Options" shortcut gave me an error code:

An error occurred.

Error -2147467261: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Source: Bullzip.PdfWriter

Internal hint: Select a printer
Developers: You can hide this message with the "suppreserrors" setting.

anyone know what this is and how to fix this for the future?

Please find the installation log here:

C:\Program Files\Bullzip\PDF Printer\Debug\install.log

and send it to support@bullzip.com with a short description. I thought this issue was solved in 12.2
