Always prints letter size from Excel

I am using Bullzip PDF Printer version 7.2.1304 on a Win7 64-bit machine running MS Office 2007 SP2.

When I try to print to PDF Printer in A4 size from Excel, with the page size in Excel set to A4 and the printer settings also set to A4, the result is a letter-size pdf file.

Strangely, I don't have this problem printing from MS Word. It correctly prints A4 size when set to A4.
