Setting paper size

My MS Word document's size is 5 x 8. However when I print it and select Bullzip PDF printer, the size comes out to 8.5 x 11. What am I doing wrong?
I have a similar problem:
i want to print an envelope size 23cm x 11 cm, but when I print using Bullzip PDF Printer, the size is changed.
How can I get exactly the same size as the original document?
