BullZip failure on W2003 x64 using SYSTEM account

Using Windows 2003 x64.
If an attempt is made to print to BullZip printer from a service using LocalSYSTEM account, there is an error locating the ".ps" file. Bullzip is looking directly in the Windows\System32\config\... folder whereas it should be looking in Windows\SysWow64\config\....
