Have used Bullzip for a year or two with no problems. However it is no longer working & I can't figure it out. I do an excel based spread sheet file & when printing would normally print to bullzip. It will then usually bring up the PDF to let me save before printing. However now it appears to download the file ,then nothing appears or happens, so am unable to save or print it
Have reset to default , checked all settings, but am unable to find anything.
Any clues would be appreciated.
