overwrite existing file

Using Bullzip 3.0.201
on windows 2003 server
I am programmatically setting runonce.ini file and have confirmoverwrite value set to no in the .ini file. Despite the file is not overwritten
What settings I need in the ini file (settings.ini or runonce.ini) in order to overwrite the file (if file already exists with the same name)
