Creation of Hyperlinks When Using Bullzip

In reading an earlier post it appears that when printing a Word 2003 document that embedded links will not be active in the final output.

Is this correct?

If yes does the paid version have this capability?

If not, then how is it implemented.

I am publishing an eBook and not having embedded links is a big setback.

I used PDF Factory and they won't do links if the document has text boxes and footers.

So many features available users seldom use, yet missing active hyperlinks is a major show stopper.
