Print PDF from PDF file?

My Bullzip PDF Printer is working great except that I need the ability to break up a PDF file.

Example: I have a PDF file with 20 pages but I want to create a new PDF file using only the first 5 pages. The person I am emailing it to does not need to see the later 15 pages.

I should be able to open the PDF file, choose print, then select the number of pages I want to print and wala!

When I try this, it tries to save the file as a .ps file. I don't know what this is? Any help would be much appreciated.
