routing to print win2003 server no print, no error

set up routing in the fax config without any dialogs, save to set directory

printing from other applications works without issue, but if fax is received it does not get saved as PDF

event viewer shows no errors, it says it was sent to bullzip...:

any way to figure whats going on?
