Having been using Bullzip for a while (very good and useful), I get this runtime error. I am on XP SP3 32 bit.

I also tried to install the latest version 7.1.0.1218 and get an install error: 'Microsoft .NET Assembly Registration Utility has encountered a problem and needs to close.'

Hi Tim,
The first problem is most likely caused by the second one that you mention. If the COM visible assemblies fails to register then the program cannot make use of them. Therefore we have to turn the attention to the installation. Make sure you have Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 installed on the system. After that you should try to run the setup program with the /LOG=mylog.txt and post the result of the log file at here.
