Error 3110

Hi,
I get the following error when trying to export from Access (just after selecting the source database)
Error in function "cmdNext_Click"
Error: 3110 (0xC26)
Reason: Could not read definitions; no read definitions permission for table or query 'ACCOUNTS'.
Debug information: Initializing
Version: 3.0.108
As far as I can tell there are no permissions set on the Access 2003 (Access 2000 file format) database. What might be causing this error?
