Vietnamese Character

Hi,

I'm completely new to MySQL but I need to transfer my access database to MySQL because of the 25MB limit on godaddy's access database.
The table store information on Vietnamese, when I use the tools some of the characters are unrecognizable. Is there any way to fix this?
